Carried, then slept on
Long ears to grab, crinkle where a dog naturally mouths, and no hard parts to press into a cheek. It goes into the crate at night and comes out in the morning.
Ears are the handle
Long enough for a small mouth to grip and carry. A plush with no grab point gets left where it lands, which is why this one ends up following the dog around.
Nothing hard to lie on
Embroidered face, plush all the way through, no squeaker housing. It works as a pillow for a puppy that has just been left alone for the first time.

Does it have plastic eyes or a hard nose?
No. The face is embroidered and the whole toy is plush, so there is nothing hard to press into a cheek when a dog sleeps against it.
Does it squeak?
No. The sound is crinkle in the ears, concentrated where a dog naturally mouths.
Can a puppy carry it around?
Yes. The long ears give a small mouth something to grip - a toy without a grab point gets left where it lands.
