The opening
has enough give that a cat or a wriggling puppy goes in without a fight.

Bouclé fleece, not flat fleece — the looped pile traps a layer of
warm air and feels like a towel against the skin. It also hides shedding hair far better
      than a smooth knit.

Cut for the shoulders, not the waist — the armholes sit high and
wide so the front legs move freely. A vest that binds at the chest is a vest that gets
taken off in the car park.

Wears two ways — on its own indoors for a thin-coated dog, or as a
base layer under a coat when it is properly cold.

Why a vest and not a coat

Most heat leaves through the chest and back, and that is all a vest covers. It leaves the
belly and the back legs free, so a dog that hates being dressed will still walk, squat, and
roll in it. For indoor cats and small dogs in a heated house, this is usually the only layer
they need.

Sizing

Measure the ribcage at its widest, then the length from the base of the neck to the base of
the tail. If the two measurements land between sizes, take the larger one — the fleece
has some stretch, but the armholes do not.

XS

Very small puppy or toy breed · approx. 2–3 kg

S

Chihuahua, kitten, small cat · approx. 3–4.5 kg

M

Pomeranian, adult cat · approx. 4.5–6 kg

L

Shih Tzu, Miniature Poodle · approx. 6–8 kg

XL

French Bulldog, Cocker Spaniel · approx. 8–11 kg

Specifications

Material

Bouclé fleece (looped polyester pile)

Style

Pullover vest, no fastenings

Colours

Blush, Mint, Lilac, Cream

Sizes

XS – XL

Weight

37 g (XS) to 75 g (XL)

Care

Machine wash cold, gentle; air dry

For

Dogs and cats, indoor or as a base layer

In the box

One Cloud Fleece Vest.

Not a chew toy and not waterproof.
