Does it have a buckle?
No. A cream grosgrain ribbon threads through the band and knots at the side, so nothing metal touches the neck.
Will the lace scratch my dog?
No. The lace sits on a soft cotton backing, so its scratchy edge never touches skin.
Will it flop flat?
No. The lace is starched so the upper tier stands upright instead of lying flat - that is what separates it from a ruffled bandana.
